Where is Rock Towne located?
We are located behind the Giant grocery store on Baltimore Rd. Our office is located at 216 Academic Way.
Do I need transportation?
If you can`t get transportation to our community, we have a Rock Towne Bus that is on Shippensburg University campus every hour Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 5:00pm. Just let the bus driver know you would like a ride to our community to look at what we have to offer!
What does full furnished mean?
You will receive a leather couch, leather chair, end table, coffee table, TV stand with a 42" LCD TV! Your modern kitchen has a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and a garbage disposal. You also get a full-size washer and dryer in every unit at no extra charge. Your bedroom consists of a full bed, dresser, desk and chair.
What if I don`t have roommates?
No need to worry! Here at Rock Towne everyone has their own lease! That way, you are not going to be penalized if your roommates are late paying rent or don`t pay at all. We have a system for matching residents together with various personality traits and interests. Let us do the work for you to find a roommate.
